its for race only cars. It actually lightweight diff that locks the wheels in spinning at the same time thereby increasing traction throughout the run,.

spools are not fun to drive on the road.. its even worse when you don't have your power steering!!
Lucky it was my friends car, not mine.. hehe

Hehe spools are fine as long as you can drive in a line to where you are going. Otherwise you'll snap axles backing out of your drive

for maximum traction you cant beat a spool. Every racer i know uses one or atleast most do. Not all of them.. But we can start at teh top with jojo, venom, lisa, kenny all use spools.
Not very many people run spools anymore......reason? : they make your car weave on the top end if you spin the Tires.....i personaly know that jojo runs a quaife.........

Er, I don't know about import pros but I never heard of a pro using anything but a spool. It's the next best thing to a solid axle as far as traction is concerned.
Hehe...i put a minispool in my last Mustang...that thing with 4.62 gears and 14" rims would roast the poor street tires all the way, even without the NAAAAAAWS
