which water lines to use for a teo4h turbo

i'm working on a custom turbo kit for my civic using a mitsubishi teo4h oil and water cooled turbo. i'm just stumped on where to hook up the water lines. any suggestions?

i was just wondering if could get away with not hooking them up at all. or will the turbo CHRA get too hot?

use the coolent lines under the throttle body
