Default What is better for street racing?

i got two questions:
1)I was planning on getting turbo for a b16 and i really just want to race people on the streets. should i go with something like greddy or a bigger turbo???

2)if i wanted to be able to take out like a cobra svt,(on streets), could i do that with the smaller turbo from a greddy???

If you want to kill a Cobra SVT you will want a T3/T4 not the Greddy. Not that the Greddy is a POS, because it is not, but the bigger turbo will give you the power you need to kill the type of competition you want to kill.

Ask any racer, and REAL racer....it doesn't matter if your tires go bald in 1 second or in 1 minute!

Well, not everyone plans to boost that high with a small turbo. I know it is capable, but the same power can be reached much more easily with a larger turbo.

That's what I am saying. With a small turbo, you have more power down low and less up top. With a big turbo you sacrifice low end for extra top end power!

Yea there are ALOT of kids and random pedestrians out in bumblefuck at 3:00 in the morning on a Saturday night, you are ghey. Go back to the track and pay the 30 bucks for 2 runs...I'll bet mine street racing and double it, peace.

Go with a drag3 kit. T3/T4 would be perfect for what you want to do. If you have the money get the ball bearing option and this will allow faster spool up times so you could enjoy both of the two worlds. Low/high end. Good luck

If you are gonna use a small turbo you might as well use a SOHC engine too.

That streetracing arguement is going to continue until everybody has a track within reach that they can get in more than 2 runs a week on....
