I would do a tune up and lof just to be safe. Afterwards it wouldn't hurt to check your charging system. See if your alternator/dizzy is up to par.

can't really say where my friend said up front... by the engine since i was in the car i just heard it... it wasn't REAL loud car seems fine i just dont wanna run into problems so i wanna check everything up...

what problems can i run into with out starting up the engine every once in a while while its just sitting there for lets say 10 months.. i try starting it up regularly.. and stuff i should of drove it around.. but yea lmk what could happen.. ie like oil siting too long pistons all that..

definantly sounds like your plugs. replace them then see what happens. other things to check/replace fuel fitler(possibly clogged), rotor, cap, wires, ignitor. Replace the battery too

LOF is an oil/filter change.

i'd run a compression test, plus you can replace your spark plugs. you sould try and start your car up more often, one to keep things like that from happening, and two so your tires don't develope flat spots from being in one place too long.
