Default cant make "chrome vinyl" stick??

Ive got a full track car that im trying to do full graphics on. I have some "chrome vinyl" and I cant make it stick to the paint! Ive tried a heat gun and use less soap in the water but I just cant make it stick. I see a bunch of drift cars with a bunch of chrome but how do they make those huge "chrome vinyl" stickers stick so good?? the people that sold me the stickers even told me that the "chrome" sticks so good it could rip the paint off then the normal vinyl stuff.

Any ideas??

thanks
