Idle surge

I just did a mini mi swap ( both block and head) in my coupe (obd2) and now im having idleing issues, all the vaccum lines are connected. If anyone could help me out that would be

did you do the iacv wiring fix? if you did it could be a bad iacv, or the idle is set way off. you're using the ex ecu right?

no not right now im using the stock dx, im not running vtec right now. and the iacv wiring is ok but my friend told me that i should clean it?
