DC 4-1 or 4-2-1 headers
ive had both on my car and the difference in performance is so slight if you dont have any other mods on your car. all i really noticed was that my car was louder and since i dont bother taking it to the track, because i dont want to drag race the car, i dont know if it did much at all. my car still seems and feels like a 15.5 second car.
you should go with a one piece header because a friend of mine got a 2pc 4-2-1 ceramic header and after a year, it warped a bit and didnt seal too well and exhaust fumes were coming out of the space where the header connected. you dont have to take my word for the info above, use your own judgement.

I've had the 2" collector ones in both 4-1 & 4-2-1. The 4-1 hangs pretty low and I smashed the **** out of it. Performance wise, I think the 4-1 took more clutch to get it moving from a standstill, but it did rev faster after 4k. I never had this motor tuned though... maybe it would have helped. We all know that unless you are doing major work on a B18B, if it isn't a turbo manifold, it will still be slow. Listen to mrdeadman.
