I did some more looking on the net and i believe it to be an older volvo turbo.
By looking at the exhaust flanges (Manifold and Downpipe) On the manifold is circle outlining the square port. on the downpipe is a 5 bolt flange with an adapter that includes the wastegate and a 3 stud flange.
On the intake there are 6 blades on the exhaust there are 11., also in the intake side there is m10 printed.
