Exhaust question - swap related

Exhaust question - swap related
I'm picking up a d16z6 this week and I will be swapping it into my bone stock 95 CX. I've done d-series swap in the past but none with the CX exhaust setup. The donor car is an eg coupe and I will have the entire car at my disposal. I know coupe exhaust systems are not a perfect swap to the hatch, so my question is what should I do for exhaust. I'm unfamiliar with the coupe exhaust and am looking for any help...
