they are ASYMMETRICAL, as long as the side that says "OUTSIDE" is facing outside, you are OK...just make sure the water channel is towards the inner portion of the rim

yes the outside is facing outside and the inside and facing inside. the water channel on the passengar rim is channeling inside while the driver side is channeling outside. o_O

Shouldn't there be some kind of rotation direction arrows or something if they were directional/asymmetrical. I think "outside" out is right if the water groove has to be on the inside.

They are on correct... sorry, from your description it sounded like the water channel was on the out side on the passenger side.

See the one solid channel going all the way around the tire? That should be on the inside, and from the pics it looks like they are

Standing water is a problem for Azenis, so don't drive in a torrential downpour like you don't have to slow down.

In normal wet weather siutations, the Azenis are great.
Good advice! It's funny how people always say the Azenis don't perform good in the rain...the day after I had them put on it poured, and they were great (compared to bald RE010s atleast ). If you drive like you *should* be driving when it is raining, then the Azenis will work just as good as anything else...
