Default 2000 - S2000 w/ 13k miles Unbelieveable? (PICs added)

I am looking forward to purchasing a black S2000. It is a 2000 w/ 13,000 miles. It roughly 600 miles away so all I have are pictures to go by. The car looks immaculate. It does not show signs of wear that would lead me to believe the car has more than 13k on it. The seller is cordial and seemingly very honest, does not strike me as a shady individual, also is the 1st owner.

Just wanted to get some opinions on this and what if anything I should look for that would help to confirm that this car really was parked and pampered. The car is all stock.

Thanks

I got it on Friday.

PICS MAY BE SLOW TO LOAD...

My brother found an 00 w/ 11k miles on it at a local dealership. They had it listed at 23k and when we went in to look at it they told us they'd drop it down to 19k
He ended up paying just 18.5 for it *sigh* if only I could find another deal like that

There are quite a few owners that bought this car back in 2000 just to keep as a collector's item. There are a couple local to me like this. I think there's a Berlina with less than 5000 miles on it!!! That owner also owns a low mileage CW ITR, and a couple of other cool cars.

As we all have laughed at him for not driving his S2K, he will surely get the last laugh at us when his VERY low mileage S2K and ITR will sell.

13,000mi on a 6 or 7 yr old car is certainly not out of the question. A lot of folks bought them as a 2nd or 3rd car and only drove them on summertime weekends.

This is truly amazing.

You guys have all been very helpful. To answer a few questions, the car has the original Potenza tires on it showing wear to be expected of 13000 miles. None of the wheels are scratched. He stated that the only services that were done were 3 or 4 oil changes, he replaced the battery, and he stated that one of the headlights is out to which he'd have Honda replace before I arrive to pick it up.

I don't even want to tell you what I am getting it for...
I have additional pics that are more detailed at home, but this is what I have right now.

I wouldn't buy a MY00, but this one seems to be immaculate MY04 or bust.
