steering wheel refinishing/revival?
so i got a parts car and it has a used to be nice momo stearing wheel, but it looks very old and in bad condition. i was wondering if anyone knows any good idea or suggestions on how to repair it, i know a good cleaning would do a lot, but what about the seams bulging and what not?

notice how it looks bad where it meets the metal and all the bulging seams, and cracking where the outer rim meets the posts.
is it worth it to try to fix it?
