i have a 98 dx with a p75 ecu and a y8 intake mani...i know i need the y8 tb, the y8 iacv, and the 2 wire plug...i have all that...my question is with the pinouts on the ecu...i read the iacv fix from https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1171263 ...but when it talks about the pinouts its referring to the 99-01 ecus...i dont think the 92-95 ecus even have a b23 pinout (which it talks about)...can anyone help me out on what i need to do for this?
thanks in advance.
thanks in advance.
Only if your P75 is obd2b. Look below the pic of the ECU, That is as if you are looking at the back of the cabin side harness that plugs INTO the ecu (which is where the pins have to be switched).

if you do not have a obd2b to obd1 jumper harness that ecu cannot be plugged in. if you do have the jumper harness all you have to do is repin the wires on the plug side then all is good.
as for the diagram, the pic of the ecu is just to refrence where plugs a, b, or c go.

no..i have a conversion harness...its all setup and running...i just have to fix the iacv so it can idle...but anyways...so if i go off of that diagram it'll be good?
thanks for the replies

You understand now? The repinning has NOTHING to do w/ your conversion harness or the ecu. Just the OE cabin side ECU harness.
