I just bought and installed an SI gauge cluster into my all stock 97 civic cx. I cant seem to put my finger on it but forsome reason ( I have indiglos by the way) the red graphics dont light up. Everything changes color and lights except the red parts. Also Im not sure if the orange needles are supposed to light up but they dont either. Has any one ever had a similiar problem? Please help. Ive provided a picture below.

 

Throw that nasty gauge faces away... The red graphics won't "light up" seperately and neither will the needles.

 

There probably is nothing wrong with them. But why would you want to change the way it looks? Si gauge cluster looks perfect just the way it is.

 

Yeah, take out the indiglos the SI cluster looks great without them. And no the needles or the SI emblem will light up.

 

The gauges came with the indiglos already installed so I just decided to use them. I was thinking of selling them as a matter of fact but I wanted to know why the red parts didnt light up. It doesnt really make sense for all the other things to light up except the red areas. So from what Im getting so far is they arent supposed to?
