Default Who owns this Turbocharged CW ITR in Houston that beat a SC S2000?

I got this pic from another forum, and this ITR whooped up on an SC S2000 by 3-4 car lengths. Any idea whose it is?

Its a greddy kit. Small 18G turbo.

Actually the greddy kit DOES come with injectors. 310's? Same like the MF2 with the F-max kit. But yeah.. internally probably built.
