Photoshoot/update of my EK Honda Challenge H1 race car..

After preparing my car for another year of Honda Challenge racing I figured, before I get another season's worth of dents and donuts I'll get some fresh photos taken of the car. So I met up with a local a H-T photographer, CRXed (Mike Spock) and here are the results....

EDIT: more pics on page 2..

Then, a fresh engine tune from Evans tuning..

Specs:
B18c5 block with 81mm CTR pistons (standard bore)
B16a2 head with valve job and some mild exhaust work
OEM head gasket
Mugen Oil Pan
Mugen Thermostat
Buddy Club stage 4's
Buddy Club cam gears
Rocket Gen2 springs and Ti retainers
RC 370cc injectors
OEM ITR TB and intake manifold
Toda header
T1R test pipe
RM-01A exhaust
B16a2 tranny
Quaife LSD
4.9 ATS F/D
Toda Flywheel
Exedy organic clutch
CTR N1 crank pulley
Neptune EMS
Velocity stack
100 octane unleaded

225whp 141tq.

and finally here is a pic from BeaveRun 2 weeks ago. I finished in 3rd on both days but qualified 2nd on Sunday with a 1:04.9. The new track record for H1 is 1:04.8.

Sorry, the close up engine shots didn't come out very good.

good meeting you that day chris, the car is truely a beast. congrats on the finish at beaver run as well and good luck @ mid-ohio. maybe ill take the trip out with colin to see the racing
