Selling my 1994 del Sol VTEC

alright heres the deal, i go to school 3 hours away, i love this car, i really dont wanna sell it, but i need something bigger to go to school in.
I go to school for Automotive technology and while i school i tore the motor down and did a fresh rebuild. oil changed ever 2500 miles with Quaker State Q advance full synthetic. <U>Only </U>ran mobil 93 octane
Engine:
-b16a3 (4,000miles)
-CP 9.0:1 comp pistons
-JE moly rings
-eagle H beam rods
-HCL rod bearings
-OEM mains
-toda oil pump
-Goldeneagle block gaurds
-OEM valves, springs, and retainers
-5 angle valve job
-oem valve guides
-new water pump
-greddy timing belt
-oem flywheel, shaved and balanced
-rotating assembly dynamically balanced
Turbo setup:
-T04E
-comp : .50 a/r
-turb. : .63 a/r
-turbonetics deltagate 38mm wastegate
-custom ramhorn manifold tig welded and backpurged
-2.5in custom downpipe with 3" SS flex section with plumbed wastegate dump
-JR 26x9x3 fmic
-ebay steal piping 2.5in with rolled edges, kevlar couplers, and t bolts
-TurboXS RFL blow off (not knockoff)
-ChromePro engine management
-450cc saturated injectors
-walbro 255lph fuel pump
-KTeller 3" stainless steel catback
-Kteller 3" stainless steel hi-flo cat (actual cat)
-Apex'i N1 muffler (not knock off)
-tuned by innovative tuning
-282whp on mustang dyno at 6psi climbing to around 8.5
Suspension:
-KYB 4 way adjustable complete coilover
-4" of height adjustment
-dropped 3" in the front
-dropped 2.5" in the rear
-Front strut bar (oem)
-front rear sway bars(oem)
Interior:
-Faze boost gauge
-Faze coolant temp gauge
-recaro knock offs
-Weapon R harness
-B&M short shifter with LS ****
-all dash and vinyl mint condition
Exterior:
-VIS double sided vented carbon fiber hood
-oem civic ex lip (not in pics)
-3 month old bronze Rota c8's 16x7
-new tires 205x40xzr16 radials
Ice:
-Alpine 9451 motorized mp3/cd/satelite radio deck (ipod ready) with remote
-Alpine type S rear 6.5's
-Pioneer front 6.5's
Now the not so good stuff
- the body is like 85%
-front drivers fender has 2 very small dents
-passenger side fender was painted with crap paint, and is kinda dull
-will include 2 new fenders in mint conditon that just need paint
-front pumper has crack below drivers headlight
-will include new front bumper that just needs paint
-light honda rot on drivers rear quater (inside of wheelwell)
-trunk bubbled below H emblem
-other than that paint is awesome for being 12 years old
this car is super super quick, and capable of tons more power...i only ran 6psi...however i ran 20psi with 112 octane for 1 weekend...and it was scary fast
Handles like a dream, interior is near perfect, no undercarriage rust, never seen winters (just water in the rubber wheel liners that cause the slight rust), and is just a fun driving head turner
$7500
I've spent a ton of money on this thing, and i believe the price is reasonable

make sure and stick to that price. Its hard enough to find a decent Del Sol, much less a factory DOHC VTEC (and nicely built TORBOOOO!!)
