Should pass fine, but depends on your other mods. I passed smog fine with an AEM intake and a Thermal R&D exhaust.

 

I have a weapon R intake, msd spark plug wires, cap and blaster ss coil, greddy header, ect. its a 96' with 122,000 mi.
i have on a high flow cat. but im gona put back on the stock one(hope its not shot) but just wondering if the stock ehaust would be better than RSR exmag

 

Exhausts don't matter at all for smog.

 

a cat-back system is not a factor in smog.

check everything before the cat-back system.
