Default ghetto dsm air/water cooler finished with pics. beer= excellent results

started as this


beer and a thermal arc185stw (which i like way better than my miller) ill be buying one next week and i came up with this. this was my first real aluminum project.

what do you guys think.



and testing it for leaks, think seems to flow really well.


this will be going on the ne hmt (pinks) car. well see how much power itll make on a built d series next week or so. hoping for 400whp.

Looks like it will work pretty well, but i'd see if you could possibly move one of the inlets/outlest to a totaly oposite side for better core coverage. Little detail, but as im sure you know every little bit helps!

due to space issues i had to put the outlets on the same side although i hear ya man.

this is going in the engine bay of a 86 civic so you know its tite in there.

shoulda reversed the the ic core....move the inlets to the outside of the core...and make the water go where the air used to flow...it would results in more surface area and less pressure drop & would see much better cooling results....cody (lovefab) used to run something very similar....nice work though
