Testing Waters: The Purple Haze :( 1997 EK

Well i've been out of the Honda scene for a little while now, been doing some other projects, but i've come to the end of the road with this one and must make a difficult decision. this car has meant more to me then any car ever has, and typing this right now is making me change my mind but i know that this is something i need to do. anyone who knows me knows that i am a freak when it comes to my cars. i treat my other cars the way i do because of this one.
the car has been garaged for the past 3 years and have only driven it maybe 15-20 times total in that 3 years. (i have people to vouch) before that i owned the car for two years daily driven, garaged at night. (owned the car 5 years total)

specs: 1997 Civic DX Clean title no accidents
original paint except the bumpers, mirrors, and door handles being painted (for obvious reasons)
