Just as the topic states. I am looking for some very specific photos....pics of the dash of any car (spec. the tachometer), taken at night with a long shutter speed, to capture the movement of the tach.

i think its a real steady hand with a slow shutter speed...maybe 1 or 2 seconds?

Nope the bike was just turned on and it does a gauge sweep... all the lights were on.
