Default Drivers Side Engine Mount, what are my options, ran into a problem....

I have a 1992 Civic hatch with the stock z6 motor. I ordered both Energy suspenion motor mount inserts along with prothane to get all 5 inserts. The energy came with the 2 lower and the rear and the prothane included the 2 upper and the rear.

So i slapped in the 2 lower torque mounts. No problems. I moved on to the Passenger side upper mount. Poped the bitch in, no problems. Then came the drivers side. The prothane kit had for this mount 4 bushings. They were to be pressed in so i was told. I had to torch out the old bushing and put in the red bushing, my choice of a race or street center, and the other red bushing, making like a sandwich. But after the bushings were out, the new ones were just way to big to get in. Even with a press, they would not go it.

Then i read, if you have a 3 hole stock mount, these will not work. They only work for the 2 hole. So i grabbed another mount lying around and slapped it in.

Heres my question, What are my options for the Drivers side upper mount??? Does anyone make an insert for this stock mount? HASport doesnt make mount for a d-series, what b-series mount would i need??? Any input welcomed.

I know when i replaced the drivers side mount on my friends GSR, there was a steel sleeve that the old rubber was actually mounted to that is all pressed into the aluminum, we had to dremel a line thru the steel sleeve it and hammer it out with a flat head screwdriver. They they fit in, but this probably isnt ur problem.

Oh we already did that and pressed it in. We turned an 0 into C and fitted the bushing in but coulnt close it up over the 2 engine mount studs. We tryed everything from a press to c clamps to homemade air tools and to no avail.
