Default Tuning AFR's

I was recently looking through some threads and came across a Air/Fuel ratio table with suggested AFR's accroding to vaccum, low boost, and higher boost. I did not save a copy of this table for myself when i saw it at the time and i dont know what i was thinking.... But now i have tried to go back to look for it with the search feature and cant find it. Does anyone have a link or the table that i am looking for?

That would be the one. thanks

Another question the table only goes up to 11 psi i am thinking i should bump the AFR's up to 11.5:1 for boost levels of 20 psi. What AFR's are people running on 18-20 psi on pump gas?
