There isnt a honda/acura stock motor that will push anywhere around 300-400 hp. No matter what engine you get it's gonna have to be turbocharged, supercharged, or have NOS added to it. The b16 only puts out 160hp not 185. Get a B18c1 (GSR) and turbocharge it. I dont know how much horsepower you can push a stock b18c1 before it will break so you might have to upgrade some of the internals before you boost. You're prob looking at $5000 bare minimum and upwords of $8000 for this type of power. PLEASE remember to search before asking a question on here because this type of topic must have hundered of similar threads with lots of answers. Good luck.

[QUOTE=92LxCivic] b16b [QUOTE] does have 185. And no do not turbocharge that motor
If u wanna make 400 hp ur pretty much gonna have to sleeve whatever motor u go with. Id start with a gsr swap. Then work u way up.
Or if money is no option, buy a turbo supra.

b16b type r motor pushes out 185 like he said.

You can get around 300 wheel hp safely on a gsr with a good tune for around 3k for the swap and another 2k for the turbo kit.

BUT, IF money really isnt an obstacle, then just do what has already been mentioned above with a boosted k-series. You wont regret it.

dude if i can find a Toyta Supra in pretty good condition than i get it but were i live people are selfish and sell it for over 35000 and it's in the worst condition.
Also it's nice to see a car before you buy. Some peple sell the supra body but i need the engine as well.

I want to keep ac and power steering.

La-quiete: i like compact cars that is y i chose a civic. The NSX is ugly to me and the weight of the car and drivtrain defeats the purpose of having 300hp.

a civic is roughly 2500lb NSX 3200lb

this seems like nothing but someone being bored and posting some random crap. who really has a 92 civic but with no cash limit to work with, and if u did have daddys limitless credit card u wouldnt be driving the 92 in the first place.
be real and dont waste peoples time.

but sence everyone else is putting in their 2 cents and ur aparrently rich,
make it rear wheel drive and drop an nsx in it boost it bottle it run 10s all day then probably wreck die burn and crap yourself
