Yeah. The hatchy was a DX, so I converted it to multipoint. No biggy, got all the CEL's except EACV. Code 14. We have a D15B7 in an OBDO car using an A6 dizzy and a PM6 ECU. The car starts, but won't turn off. If you connect the battery and turn the ignition to the II position it primes the fuel pump. This can be heard. If you try to turn the key back to the I position and pull the key out, the ignition stays on. All the lights in the dash stay lit up. If you try to start it, nothing happens. You can hear a click, but the starter doesn't even turn over. So, we turned the key to the II position, got the fuel pump goin and manual cranked the starter using a screwdriver. The car starts over just fine. Runs decent. Still.. The only CEL is EACV. The only way to turn the car off is to drop it in gear or block the intake with your hand.

Whats going on?

 

damn, thats messed up man....my only two guesses are a bad lock cylinder or main relay...
