Default Fuel Filter Removal

Yesterday i was trying to get the bottom bolt off and was unsuccessful. I am using a 19mm and 14 mm crowfoot. The 14mm crowsfoot is actually turning on the bolt. I am not slipping off the bolt, it is actually turning as if it is 2 big. Anyone else have this problem or adivse/ideas. BTW im using the Craftsman Crowfoot set.

I just used two tubing wrenches to loosen it and it came loose.
