I would get an Evo IV, V, or VI and use the extra cash to extensively modify it. But, that's me.

k20-T is pretty cool, id go for it.

IMO, theres nothing better than making peoples mouths drop open when they dont expect a little civic to rip by them at the track.

1. Didnt understand a word you just said.

Ah, do I REALLY have to awnser that question??? Its too in between for me. Both the K-series and the 4g63 have UNLIMITED tuning parts/capabilities. But i think i would go with the FWD Boosted K simply because of the fact that nobody expects it.<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by Curiouz_G &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">its still a FWD ecobox in the end... so why not buy a AWD ecobox yes, i called a evo a ecobox. </TD></TR></TABLE>

A 35k car is an econobox?
I always knew you were somewhat mentally challenged.

Truer words have never been spoken. Plus, anything pre EvoVIII, is TRUE JDM.
That in itself for me is sweet.

Evo VIII. I really don't see how your going to drive an Evo V on the roads in the United States without being owned by the government. K20 + turbo would be fun, but you still wouldn't even be in the same category of car as you would be in an Evo. But when it's all said and done, do whatever tickles your pickle. It will be your car and you should have the ultimate say on what your going to drive.

You can register Evo IV, V, and VI's rather easily in the states. Especially when you compare them to the very difficult Skyline.

well i have to say that i was in an evo 9 a couple nights ago and i wasnt as impressed with it as i thought i would be

if you are really looking to spend 15-20k to run 12 second 1/4's then ill tell you something that no evo on this planet can touch, get yourself an early 90's model s10 a chevy 502 big block a 700r4 trans BUILT ford 9" rearend with 4.11 gears, have it mini tubbed... you should come out cheaper and go faster but thats just my opinion i love imports and domestics, oh yea sorry i forgot one thing get alot of toilet paper, maybe buy in bulk from sams?

Only problem is that an S-10 won't do so hot on the corners, like an Evo would. But, to each his own. That would be an insanely fast S-10, by the way.

Heck, if he likes speed, drop a boosted K-series into a CRX. That'll put some hair on his back.

If I were the one to give a review on the base RSX, it's got the wrong ver. of the K20 (the A3, which has a different style of Vtec), and it's just way too bulky. Drop the A2 into a CRX, and you're talking lightning for a 4-banger without much work.

k20a3's on JRSC at 8psi have very impressive results tho. seen a bundle of people running them with i/h/e and emanage getting 220+ whp, and 160-170 wtrq, not to mention the flat powerband a S/C'er gets you
