Default Blown Shock Noise?

I Have a 90 CRX lowered on H&R springs, I bought it that way so Im not sure how long its been lowered like that on the stock shocks. I think my right front is blown though. Everytime I hit and pothole or bigger bump on that side I hear a loud thud. Also It sags on that side. There is about a 1 finger gap difference between the two front tires and fenders. I was planning on getting new shocks anyway but I need to know If I should put that on a more priority.

have someone drive next to you and have them pay attention to that side, a blown shock will not damper the spring which will oscillate over bumps more than other wheels. replace that shock whenever you can.
