No vtec pressure switch, what ECU
I want to buy either the kenji, phearable or a good ecu but, is anyone running a JDMB18C-R or a motor with a reprogrammed ecu but doesnt have a VTEC PRESSURE SWITCH?
You might be in luck with a Mugen ECU since I think it disregards some readings.
For instance I know it (the Mugen ECU may even allow VTEC before the motor is warmed up).
In any case the Mugen was probably designed with a JDM motor in mind ...

You do not need a special ecu. Simply bypass the vtec oil pressure switch according to the instructions on http://phearable.net/tech

....He reprogrammed a P28 to run my JDM ITR and disabled the vtec pressure switch sensor.
