Default Need swap help asap!!!

My d15b8 1.5L 8 valve had a blown head gasket so I picked up a compete d16y7 swap. To make the swap easier we used the d15 intake and exhaust manifolds. Now everything is in and ready to go. The car cranks over, we have spark and fuel but it just wont start up. Anyone ever do this swap? Need help!!!

Starting fluid? has the motor been sitting for awhile... and i didnt think that the b7 intake mani bolted up right on the y7... plus the ecu is diff... and the motor is OBD2a when the B7 is OBD1

yeah. the motor actually came out of my car. I sold it to a friend and now we are installing it. It only has 51k on it and ran really well. The intake manifold bolted up however the ports were shaped differently. I think that the motor isnt getting enough air. Just wondering if anyone has done this swap before?
