Is it fine to buy a car that was once turbo?
I was wondering if it's fine to buy a car that use to have turbo installed. Will there be anything wrong with the engine/tranny? I need all the info...

Yeah, depends on if the driver beat on it or not..but the only thing I would beware of is he changed out the ECU back to a stock one...or else the advanced fuel maps will own u O.o
At least do a comp. test, if not a leak down test to see what kind of condition the engine is in. A good hard test drive should tell you if the tranny is grinding or has any problems, noise, etc.

basically, if you get it cheap enough to replace an engine or tranny in the near future and it would still be worth it, then buy it
