its stupid to do that, this is why we're saying get 2 regular flanges and add them.
"CNC'd flanges y0" dosnt make your car cool.

way simpler to do, and you wont have to make measurements, and possibly have to pay someone to do a CAD drawing and mill setup fees etc. im sure a 1-off flange wouldnt cost less than 20$ plus no real shop will stop all of their normal work to spend time cutting you out a single flange.
2 flanges and a gasket will be like 15$.

just listen to my advice. im not rambling like most guys do on this board who dont know what theyre talking about.

"CNC flanges yo" its called customer spend 10k on his drivetrain already why not just make the last piece just as nice as the rest of the car? right? plus i dont have time to sit here and weld and cut 2 flanges together, im sure i could get the flange water jet cut for $30

Sam over at http://www.bmcrace.com can make you anything if you supply him with a template, usually takes him about a week.

i spent 2 days on here looking for the flange, not 2 days sitting on my ***, there was plenty of other work to do while I looked for the flange. So sorry flamers, the customer wants no cutting, and i Agree, to NOT cut his $1,100 exhaust he wants a bolt on afair. No v bands, the V bands are on the Downpipe already. and the stock cat flange is only 2.25"ID we need a 2.5" ID for the cat back. Plus i wanna keep everything on here stainless, and this is getting of topic, i asked if somone had that flange, NOT how to make one. So sorry. BTW, i made it myself on a mill, and its 100% stainless! WOW!!!

If you needed it soon and you have a mill why didn't you make it in the first place?

It's four holes in a piece of stainless plate and you obviously have the capability of doing it yourself.

This entire thread strikes me as odd. Just an observation.

Its the process, I had to buy a 12x12 of 1/2" stainless , go to my buddy's shop in a different city to use his mill, buy 2 different bits for the mill, spend 3 hours making that ****, when i was just hoping to buy one pre made thats all.

Well ok that makes sense then. It sounded like you had a mill in your shop and you just whipped one out lol.
