Default 2000 civic si is sluggish on startup

every now and then when i start my civic it doesn't fire up well it kind of just turns on and then the rpms gradually will start to climb. sometimes it sounds like its gonna die but never does and the rpms will just climb to normal after. i am about to change my spark plugs, wires, fuel filter, distributor cap and rotor. do you think that will solve my problem? should i use seafoam or fuel injector cleaner? i am a little hesitant to use seafoam because i have read some bad stories on here. the reason i ask is because i am about to change my oil too and i know that you should change your oil and plugs after using seafoam. is that the same for the fuel injector cleaner also? just making sure because if i am about to use seafoam i don't want to have to buy spark plugs again if i decide to use it after i change my spark plugs right now

p.s. my car has 78k on it
