b18a block, no pics right now...but if you are looking at the back of the block, this hole is located about 1 inch to the right, and 1/2 inch above the left port that you remove for a catch can. The hole is threaded and large enough for your pinky to fit in... oil temp sensor?

It looks as if it goes all the way into the block, like you can see the backside of the sleeve...

if its right under where the head bolts up
& its a pre-threded hole that does not lead into the block then its 4 a knock sensor

if its to the left of the oil filter & it leads into the block its where u oil pressure sensor goes

there used to be a little nipple there that connected to the black breather box on the back of the block.

the breather box hole is to the right of the oil filter, already plugged it... this one is to the left of the oil filter, threaded... and large enough to stick your pinky in. Oil pressure sensor?

you could just take the sensor off a d series block and put it in. or a b series.

or im sure you could go to a hardware store and find something that will thread into it to block it off.

I have the breather fittings from honda, we are talking about the hole between the left breather fitting, and the oil filter...

Yea dude, thats for oil. You can plug it with a 1/8 BSPT (NOT NPT FROM LOWES) plug. Or, just get the switch off any old Honda motor and screw it in there. Dont over tq it.
