Default Trouble code 8, do I need a new distributor to fix this problem?

I check my trouble codes and got code 8. I took the distributor apart and the TDC sensors seems to be built into the assembly. Can I purchase the sensor separate from the assembly or will I have to purchase a brand new distributor?

you need a new dizzy, the best way to do is to go to a local autoparts store and get a new one and turn in your old one for a core charge
