Just wondering what I can use for my top. Ive got a 2000 and my back window has that residue on it. Wondering what I can use to clear that window up at all if possible. Ideas??

 

There is like Plastic windo Polish you can buy
And you can Buff it out some how.

But ill let the next person explain more.. (sinec i am not reall sure)

And it suck to look out of it.

thats why i didnt want to get an 00..saw some great deals..but that window issue kinda sucked..the guy above me knows wat hes talkin about..

 

Meh. It's not that big of a deal. Top's down most of the time and when it's up, the plastic window's bigger for a better view.

I use 303 on mine. You can get it at any marine supply store.

I've seen a 2 step product by Meguiar's in Advanced Auto Parts for about $8 each. One is a plastic cleaner and the second step is the plastic polish.
Not sure how well it works, but Meguiar's normally sells decent products.

 

I just bought a new top from topslonine or something like that with a glass window and defroster... best upgrade i have ever done.

 

Blue Magic plasitc polish.... got it at autozone.... worked great on my 00

 

wat do you use on the vert top to wash? i use 303 for protectant but wat on it to wash?

 

i use the soft wash shoap i use to was the car with.....

There's a protectant? Is it supposed to keep it really black/ protect from fading?
What's the name of this stuff?
