So, I am having problems lining up the hole for the drivers side radiator hold down, the bracket that attaches to the top of the radiator and bolts to the t bar, I can get one bolt in but not the other. I know that the radiator is like .10" taller and wider but that should not make this much of a difference right? I mean I am having troubles closing the hood! Anyone shed some light on this? I searched and everyone said this was a direct swap.
Also, the radiator is from Autozone.

 

is it a plastic top or metal top rad? i have a plastic top and it was a bit of a squeeze, loosen the bracket on the other side and see if you can get the bolts in then tighten them both down. also I bent the bottom brackets(on the rad support) down a bit so the rad fit better. make sure the bottom tabs are in the holes in the brackets, good luck
