Default electrical problem HELP 4th Gen H22a

okay. yesterday my parking lights went out on the freeway. i came back home to find the fuse (20a) blown. i check the manual and it was the 42 socket for parking lights. i tried checking the ground for the brake lights. the ground for my side markers. i have no idea what it could be. my fuses just keep blowing. HELP!!!

okay... it isnt the wiring harness. it isnt the combo switch. im thinking it is the relay in the fuse box in the engine bay. but is there another relay i should check somewhere else? reading the manual, i think there is only one relay. and if the relay isnt the problem. i have to trace the whole line. =T. any suggestions?
