There are a few out in WC that are not on the board. I met one last summer whe he spotted me and pulled in next to me at a gas station.

well that girlfriend has prevented us from ever receiving an expo teaser/dvd of which he had hours of footage.

Wasn't me. I moved out of West Chester Months ago. I know there are a few R's around there now. WC is a pretty safe place for R's. I never had any problems having mine there, but I have heard cars (not specifically R's) have started to disappear from parking garages. Keep em safe.
