broken motor mount screws onto block... what to do to fix?
like about a month ago my timing belt broke off. since this happened i tried to inspect as much as i could to see what other things could be wrong. the belt snapped at about 4,000 rpm and about half of it was wrapped behind the crank pulley.. (hard to explain).. i checked the valves and none of them are bent... not eh only problem is from the screws in the motor mount. its a b18. theres 3 screws to the motor mount on the drivers side. when i took off the motor mount, only one screw came off smoothly, the other two broke off which means that half of the screw is still inside the block. (the thread is filled with a broken screw)...
how can i be able to fix this?

You need a screw extractor. Hardware and/or automotive stores should sell these to help you get them out.
I know what you mean, I bought an engine where somebody had the exact same thing happen, so I guess they removed the screws, and redrilled the holes in the block to a larger bolt diameter.
I bought the engine not knowing it so we had to clean up the threads, get the mount re-drilled with a carbide bit and found the right size/width bolts and screwed it in and JB welded them in.
No need to take off that bracket in general, unless somebody wants to part out the engine but if your keeping it then get it sealed in there good.
