Default Turbo Timer Install PROBLEM in a DC2 **SEARCHED***

Im sweating like ******* crazy sitting out in my 97 teg tryin to get this POS to work.
got it grounded and have the harness hooked up to the only 2 connectors i could find under there. For this harness tho that i bought separately, there is a random white wire sticking out with some sort of connector on the end....does this need to be plugged into something, bc there sure as hell isnt an instruction manual with this harness. Pleasssse help me

here is what i am talkin about, its kina hard to see but its right under that white connector

I didn't use a harness for mine so I cant really tell since the colors are different, but I would say it is either not used or it goes to the e-brake to shut the car off if the brake is disengaged.

theres another wire coming out of the relay of the timer for that already

Also, when i try to put it on a ground, it turns on for like half a second, then turns off and doesnt come back on unless i disconnect the ground and wait for a while then try it again, and its on a good ground, ive checked in a million times
