That's my old NSX-R horn button with a Nardi Sport Rally Deep Dish Suede w/ red stitch..
I have a New QR and short hub coming in but I couldn't wait to take pics....so I'll take better ones when the rest comes in
Oh and by the way...the horn button needs to be custom fabbed to work the way I got it.....it took me about two hours to get everything fitting properly.....Nardi has a big *** center hole and if you just tried the momo button in the middle it would go right through that hole

Its a Nardi wheel and its not as big as the picture makes it out to be. Its about as big as a JDM nonSRS steering wheel.
