went to the dyno yesterday........
i wasn't going to post this yet but seeing how people in my area already have heard............
448 hsp

sae corrected on a fairly new dyno jet. it was like 92 degrees here yesterday!!
.......and for the haters.......it was on a stock honda block with.....oh my god.....a thicker headgasket.
stock gsr block
je 10:1 pistons
crower rods
inlinepro headgasket
ported head

having Je pistons and crower rods is considered stock? I'm not hating, just wondering....that means that I should be condisering my motor stock also

Great Numbers! The torque seems a little low, but the HP is right on!
Good luck!

Have you taken her to the track? That should be enough for you to dip into the 10's. Just curious why is the torque a little low? Is it taking a while for that turbo to buld up boost? Do you mind sharing how much this simple set up cost you?
i saw jinxproof car run at MIR last season, pretty quick, also you have some crazy cams in that thing or what, i have it on video when your pulling out of the pit area to the staging area and your car was idle was going up-down-up-down i love that ****.
Edit: hey do you know where i can get a 2.5 or 3in exhaust made at a decent price, i just realized your probably a local down at CDE and Inline pro would they do it or anywhere eles down there?

i just meant that the block itself was stock. no sleeving, boring, or blockgaurd. stock sleeves with 81mm forged pistons.

Nice numbers!
. Just curious, why do you have a thicker headgasket and 10:1 JE pistons instead of a normal headgasket and 9:1 pistons?
do you think that this could account for the lower torque, i.e. changing the shape/quench of the combustion chamber?

wouldnt he have lower torqe yet if he had 9/1 comp.
post some times as soon as you can i am curious to see what that hp will do.
i am still considering keeping my teg and puting in the new motor. I hope you dip into the 10s.

Jinxproof, have you ever had an incident where the headgasket shifted due to no blockguard or high mileage sleeves becoming unsettled with high boost? Im just wondering cause aside from shattering a stock sleeve, or swallowing a valve, my next highest concern with a stock block is headgasket shifting.
450wph daily driven? thats weak
but why the higher comp pistons + head gasket? Couldn't you achieve the same comp and possibly better results by simply using a stock head gasket and lower compression pistons?
