Default cheap Depo fog light kit help!!!

I did search....but couldn't find what i was looking for.
long story short, i cracked on of my fogs, so i went and ordered another set. Now, i installed the new set, and it don't work. i then went back to using the old harness, and still don't work. I remember reading something about the RELAY making a clicking noise....... when i turn the switch on, the light goes on, but no light from the fogs, but then i do heard a clicking noise from the relay. what does this mean? can anyone help!!! thanks

depos' are known to have relays go bad, look at your relay, write down which wire go to what post on the relay, then take out relay , go to radio shack and get another one... reinstall ... done.

haha. actually this was a few years ago. I was hired to head the "new" Performance lighting division. My job was to do the research and advise the company on which direction to take on new lighting designs. LED, angel eyes, etc. type stuff. One of my suggestion was to do a 1 piece headlight for the EG. A Clean one, nothing like the TYC 1 pc headlight they have now. My suggestion came 1 year before that one even came out to the market. If they did a Clean 1 pc headlight that looked stock, but just clean, it would have sold alot. But they turned it down and alot of ideas I had. Pretty much, if you werent Chinese, you were treated like a 2nd class citizen there. Thats one reason I decided to work for myself. Bad experience at that company.

Okay, by saying not able to have "yellow" foglights to work, I'm assuming, before installing you opened the foglight housing and put new bulbs in... If this is indeed true... Then you need to reopen the housing and make sure you're wires aren't short circuiting, causing your fog relay to blow the fuse. A quicker way to check is to check the fog relay's fuse.. If it's blown, then go into the housing and make sure there isn't any exposed wirings.
