I would say its rated to more like 420HP.
I ran this exact turbo for 2 years on one of my cars and then sold it to another H-T member that still has it on his car today. (now 4 years old) Never had any problems with it at all. It even came with an oil restrictor already installed on the turbo from turbonetics!

Yeah, if you don't run a restrictor on a 4an feed line, it ends up pushing oil out of the exhaust seal and intake as well sometimes making for a nice smokey ride.
yeah my Turbonetics T3/T04B .50/.63AR and my Turbonetics 62-1 .70/.63ar both have balance tag's from turbonetics and a oil restrictor. I dont think Turbonetics requires as much oil pressure as our lil honda motors and pump out at higher rpms lol

If its new it will most likely have it. Its not an internal restrictor, you will see a brass or stainless fitting threaded into the oil feed port. You just put you fitting on that. I have a pic but not here at work.

Its just a little brass thing screwed into the oil inlet. Looks just like an extension with a small hole inside it.
