Default Steering wheel/horn HELP!! SEARCHED!!

Okay so I have a Spacro hub and a knock off Type R style steering wheel. I hooked up the hub into the teeth properly, and hooked up the black ground wire, but the horn doesn't work. I searched and read that there is apparently a second red wire? Well when I slid my stock wheel off there was no wire. Is it inside the stock wheel? If so, where does this wire go anyways? I know one end will go on the second prong of the horn, but what about the other end?

Help!!

Ok so someone must know what is going on... I took some black wire hooked up to a brass O ring out of my stock wheel, but I don't get how this is supposed to fit on with the hub. There's nowheres I can really feed the wire, and I don't know how to make the O ring fit....

Good idea but still doesn't help

This is probably something retarded and small that I'm just not getting. All the archived stuff has outdated pics, so it's not helping.

All the horn should need to work is for the wire coming
from the steering column to be grounded..

It is possible that the horn switch is not making good contact
or the wheel itself is not grounded..

i going to assume that you checked your fuses? did you test the horn before you started and did you try to put the old wheel back on to test it?

I tested it, the horn works. I thought it might have been the button though.

This is what I have connected:

The black wire that comes attached to my hub, is conneted to one of two prongs on the horn. The hub is sitting on the steering column how it should.

What I'm trying to figure out is what is going on in this picture:

I'm going to go try a second horn my friend has from his Sparco wheel.
