i have the b18a and there selling me a 95 gsr swap motor tranny etc. so i'm selling the b18. now can i use the half shaft and axles from my swap or do i have to use the gsr. where can i find the hydro to cable kit i can't find it?

Yes you can use the axles and mid shaft, you need to change the axle gasket/o-ring in the tranny for the mid-shaft
