searching would have helped and took alot less effort but ive taken mine above 150mph, so if you consider that early then yes it dose cut off early, but it had more to give.

Japanese Domestic Market engines had speed governors, not the USDM. If your car is in top shape, you can max out your speedo which will be an indicated 150mph. The % error is a little high at those speeds so you wouldn't really be doing 150 mph.

And please tell me you're trying to find your max speed on some road in the CA/NV desert at 2 am and not on any convenient, nearby interstate

I could hit 130 in my h23a With about 800~ rpms left.... this was tested at 3am on a small highway (Highway 780 that connects Benicia to vallejo) and absolutely empty. Please save everyones time, if u plan on doing those speeds with people around.... shoot yourself

and if you are going to go that fast, for you own sake, don't do it unless you know your car can handle it, tire pressure, alignment etc. 'cause if you go sketchy, you'll probably lose control and crash

there's no way that my prelude would do what that prelude did in that video, so either its not stock or (and i think quite possible) my prelude has got a problem
