I ran them, they did fine. I think you'll do better than the 15's, simply because thet've got a shorter sidewall.

Hey man, you will lose time by using the Azenis, period. If you want to go fast on a track, but competition tires, like the Kumho Ecsta V700, Yokohama AO32, or the Hoosiers. Azenis are a high performance tire, not a racing tire. Even though the 'tread pattern' looks cool on the Azenis, that doesnt matter as much as the fact that the Azenis uses a less-sticky tire compound. They aren't expensive, i.e. $110 per tire for the Kumho V700. Try it, Holmes!

i used azenis at the tracks and my times were identical to when i was using RE711, and the RE711's felt better.

They feel great on the track, I have driven cars with both AO32Rs and the Falkins. I had just as much FUN in both cars. Its all about the FUN.. Give them a shot. Its a great tire for the $

George, I agree wholeheartedly with everything you just said. The Azenis will squeal, letting you know you're pushing too hard. Plus, I feel the same way about 15" vs 16". Well said. I run 15" because they're lighter, and because they give me a much better tire selection, including all competition tires. I couldn't care less about 17" rims and the bling bling factor.

thanks for the replies guys... I'll go for Azenis for both 15 and 16 because I'm a beginner in the track, and maybe A032 for next year
