depends on what kind of lsd u go with.

the phantom grips (in my opinion are crap) are like $300

a quaife runs for like $900

Quaiffe, Cusco, and Kaaz are all close to $1000, and the OBX one is $400, and is only a step above phantom-slip which is $300. To get a cheap decent one do some research about what you have to do with the OBX to see what you have to do to prevent your axle from getting stuck in the diff. Otherwise itlll cost $1000.

Why dont you get a y1 tranny and put the lsd in it.... the y1 tranny came optional with the lsd so the tranny is made for the lsd... I dont know if you should listen to these guys.. you have a guy up there saying the lsd ads variable valve timing to you tranny. lol lol, that would be one of those cases where if you dont have anything smart to say dont say it at all. But yea since you are ordering a engine from hmo they can include an lsd with your complete swap for an additional 300 bucks

The stocker isn't bad but if I didn't get one stock, I much rather spend the extra dollars and stuff a quaife in do it right.

Quaife is a wonder part and well worth what they ask.
